This policy explains what data the Belot Online app collects, what it is used for, and the choices you have. It is written from what the app actually does, rather than from a template of things that might apply.
Account. An account is required to play. You register with an email address and password, or with a Google account. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your password. We store your email address and whether it has been verified.
Profile and statistics. Alongside your account we store: the username you choose, your selected avatar, level and experience points, ELO rating, wins and losses, win streak, coins and diamonds, achievements earned and tournaments won.
Gameplay. While the app is open, other players can see that you are online. During a match, the table state, the cards dealt and the moves played are stored temporarily. When a match ends we keep a record of it: the participants' usernames and the final score.
Notifications. If you allow notifications we store a device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and use it only to tell you 10 minutes before a tournament you entered begins, and two minutes before your own match starts. We do not send marketing messages.
Purchases. Buying diamonds exists on Android only, through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled by Google — we never see your card details. We keep a record of the transaction (its identifier, the package bought, your account) so that the same purchase cannot be charged or credited twice. The iOS version has no purchases at all; there, diamonds are earned through play and can be exchanged for coins.
Advertising. The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob itself collects data from your device — advertising identifier, IP address and approximate country-level location, device model and OS version, and ad interactions. That data is collected by Google under its own policy and is not stored by us.
Analytics. Firebase Analytics records which screens you open and basic game events — when a room is created, when a match starts and ends, when a rewarded ad is watched and when a purchase completes. We use this in aggregate, to see what works in the game and what does not.
Feedback. If you send us a rating or a comment from inside the app, we store the text you wrote.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
We use the following services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Policy |

| Google Sign-In | Google LLC | Signing in with a Google account | View |

Belot Online is linked to our apps Jamb and Memory: when you reach level five, you automatically receive diamonds in those too. They are separate projects with separate accounts, so your account is matched across them by email address — that is the only thing compared for this purpose. If you are not registered in the other app with the same email, nothing is transferred and nothing is created.
The app is free and funded by advertising. Three kinds are shown:
Separately, your device offers its own controls:
Turning off personalisation limits ad targeting but does not remove ads from the app.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Data about a match in progress is removed when the match ends. Diagnostic records are deleted automatically, and in any case by 22 September 2026.
Deleting your account, in the app. You can delete your account yourself at any time: open Profile, press Delete account and confirm. It takes effect immediately and removes:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; purchased diamonds are not refunded in money. The record of a purchase itself is kept with its link to your account removed — it exists solely so the same purchase cannot be charged twice, and holds no personal data.
If for any reason you cannot get into the app, write to b0sd3v@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we will delete the account within 30 days, backups included.
The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have received data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe this has happened, please contact us.
We may change this policy when the way the app works changes, or when regulations require it. We publish material changes on this page with a new update date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
